Springtime in PHL

we grew up in the woods — the exurbs of philly, not really philly at all. when we moved in, we cleared a number of trees away in order to dig and construct and whatever else needed to be done in order to live amongst the trees. dad spends much of his free time working in those cleared spaces, filling them again with beds of flowering plants, stonework, nonflowering trees and grasses. this year, i’ve been home for the springing of the flowers and plants and these shots are from dad’s garden in full springforce.
